We are working according to the „general conditions of the Austrian freight forwarders association", latest edition. Our liability is generally limited as per mue and wa, for ground transport rules of CMR are applicable. These limits are still valid nevertheless any document or waybill shows a value above noted limited liability. These liability limits can only be overruled via explicit written agreement between shipper and air cargo agent; especially any notes on the waybill cannot cancel the liability limits.

There may be a gap between the carriers liability and our (VAC) liability and the actual value of the goods. Please cover a transport insurance from your side or if you want us to and order us in written form to do so we can cover one for additional charges.
